ALL certified professionals MUST update their individual profile in the FCB certification system as part of the renewal process.  Individual accounts were transferred from the “old” system to the current system in June 2016.  The first time you use the new system for any purpose, you will be required to:

  1. Create a new password
  2. Update your individual profile

The How to Update Your Online Account Profile and Pay Renewal Fees document will walk you through the steps to access the new system, create a new password, update your individual profile, pay your renewal fee(s) and access your payment receipt.

How do I know if I am due for renewal?

The FCB will mail a hard copy invoice to each person who is due for renewal the week of August 15, 2016 to the address on file with the FCB.  However, failure to receive the invoice is not a valid excuse for missing renewal deadlines.  Each individual is responsible for tracking his or her own renewal due dates.  However, the FCB has posted the CCHW October Renewal list on the worksheet.  This list includes the individuals name, the credential due for renewal and the certification number.  Employers may download this file to “bump” against current employee rosters.

How do I know if I have been selected for CEU audit?

Payment of renewal fees carries an attestation that the certified professional has complied with continuing education requirements.  Each renewal cycle, the FCB audits approximately 10% of the certified population to ensure compliance with the CEU requirement.  These individual’s will receive a letter and email notifying them of the audit and necessary steps.

Please review the CCHW Professionals Selected for October 2016 CEU Audit document for a list of individual who must submit documentation of CEU compliance directly to the FCB.
