We provide a structured process for reporting, investigating, and addressing allegations of misconduct involving certified professionals or certification applicants.
Our Process
- Complaint Review: FCB accepts and investigates complaints involving unethical or unprofessional behavior.
- Investigation Standards: All investigations are conducted by nationally certified ethics investigators (CLEAR) and follow procedures outlined in Chapter 120 of the Florida Statutes.
- Action & Accountability: Findings of misconduct are addressed according to the FCB Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct.
