FL Level 2
FL Level 2 prevention-related services include services from Level 1 towards individuals who are manifesting behavioral effects of specific risk factors for substance abuse. This level also includes maintaining a prevention plan and providing problem-focused counseling approaches toward the resolution of risk factors for substance abuse. This is an individual-based service level.
