By providing your mobile phone number and selecting SMS notifications within the Florida Certification Board Certification Tracking software, you consent to receive transactional and informational SMS messages from the Florida Certification Board regarding your certification activities. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

These messages may include:

  • Application status updates
  • Certification status updates
  • Certification and renewal reminders
  • Examination notifications
  • Requests for additional documentation
  • Account verification codes
  • Payment confirmations
  • Customer support communications
  • Other certification-related updates

Consent

SMS notifications are optional.

Users choose whether to receive:

  • Email notifications
  • SMS notifications
  • Both email and SMS notifications

Consent is provided by enabling SMS notifications within the user’s Notification Preferences.

Opt-Out

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

  • Changing your Notification Preferences within your account, or
  • Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out at any time.
